Data Quality Control Contractor

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Quality Control Contractor to oversee and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data we process. The Data Quality Controller will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, identifying data discrepancies, and implementing quality control processes to support our data processors in their tasks.

Job Description:

Data Quality Assurance

• Ensuring data processing quality and accuracy
• Validate data against required standards and guidelines

Documentation and Reporting

• Keep logs of all processed data
• Document findings from quality checks and suggest improvements

Collaboration and Support

• Work closely with the data team to address quality-related challenges
• Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy for better data processing

Qualifications and skills:

Education:

• Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate (required)
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)

Work experience:

• Previous experience in data entry, processing or management is an advantage

Technical Skills:

• Basic computer skills, proficiency in keyboarding and typing accuracy
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Familiarity with .CSV files and webtools
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
