Data Processing Contractor

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Contractor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately collecting, entering, verifying, processing and maintaining data to ensure accuracy and usability. The ideal candidate is meticulous, efficient, and has strong organizational skills.

Job Description:

• Data Cleaning and Processing:
• Assist in organizing and cleaning raw data.
• Ensure data is accurate by identifying and resolving data discrepancies, errors and inconsistencies
• Input and update data in databases with high precision.
• Data Entry and Validation:
• Input, update, and maintain data in databases
• Verify and validate data to ensure consistency and correctness
• Clean and organize raw data to improve usability
• Migrate data from one webtool to another Documentation
• Maintain detailed records of processed data and completed tasks
• Support in generating data reports and summaries

Qualifications and skills:

Education:

• Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems,
• Computer Science or a related field (preferred)

Work experience:

• Previous experience in data entry, processing or management is an advantage

Technical Skills:

• Basic computer skills, proficiency in keyboarding and
• typing accuracy
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Familiarity with .CSV files and webtools
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
