Branch Administrator

Namibia Fish Consumption Promotion Trust (NFCPT) is looking for a dynamic leader, team player, and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Branch Administrator. The candidate must be self-managed and result-driven, with the ability to operate under pressure.

Key Performance Areas:

• Responsible for overall administration and supervision for the branch.
• Develop and implement special sales/promotional activities.
• Prepare monthly sales reports.
• Stock Management.
• Ensure good customer service delivery.
• Manage and administer HR related matters at the branch

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Grade 12 certificate, plus a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Human
• Resources, Accounting/Finance, or any other related field. A Bachelor's Degree would be an added advantage.
• A minimum of three (3) years of working experience in a supervisory capacity in a sales environment.
• Experience in working with money is mandatory.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is compulsory.
