Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Takes ultimate responsibility for all aspects of branch management</li><li>Accountable for sales, gross profit and net profit</li><li>Responsible for management of stock: availability, short and excess stock</li><li>Controls costs (general expenses)</li><li>Manages clients and ensures customer satisfaction</li><li>Ensures effective and efficient people management and development</li><li>Responsible for the branch (shopping experience, facility management etc.)</li><li>Minimizes debtors' days outstanding</li><li>Effectively manages specials and promotions</li></ul> Candidate's Profile<ul><li>Namibian citizenship</li><li>A Grade 12 Certificate</li><li>A business related degree will be an advantage</li><li>A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management</li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Computer literacy (MS Office)</li><li>A valid driver's license</li></ul>
