Trainer / Assessor (Mining Equipment)

Key Requirements:

• Grade 12.
• Valid Certificate of Conduct.
• Valid national driver's license Code CE.
• Assessor certificate - Level 4 (Train the Trainer).
• 3 Years Training officer experience in a
• Production environment
• 3 Years experience as a machine operator in different
• categories namely Rubber Tyre and Track machines
• Valid Code of Conduct. (not older than 6 months).
• Intermediate Computer Skills (MS Office).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions for operators on heavy mining equipment.
• Conduct thorough assessments of operators' skills and knowledge on various types of heavy mining equipment.
• Monitor and report on the progress and competency levels of operators.
• Promote and ensure adherence to safety protocols during training and equipment operation.
• Work closely with production teams to align training objectives with operational needs.
