Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12
- Degree in Maritime Studies or Logistics (added advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in ship agency operation with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Strong understanding of international maritime regulations, port procedures and industry best practices
- Code B drivers license
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office and shipping management systems
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system standards
