Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Training Department as a whole and delivery of its training programme.
- Work closely and in collaboration with various department heads and Instructors in developing unique and effective training solutions specific to the different departments.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate the training and development activities for the staff of the institution.
- Deal with all complaints related to the work of the Training Department.
- Identify training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses.
- Manage quarterly and annual training budgets.
- Oversee all learning and development programs within institution
- Develop instructor's skills in order to improve quality of work, productivity and retention
- Plan training programs based on business goals.
- Recommend new training methods (including e-learning courses)
- Writing reports relating to work of the Training Department.
Requirements:
- Business Management or Human Resource Management or TVET Management Diploma or any relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 Years or more working experience in managerial or supervisory role preferable in a TVET training environment.
