Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Training Department as a whole and delivery of its training programme.
  • Work closely and in collaboration with various department heads and Instructors in developing unique and effective training solutions specific to the different departments.
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate the training and development activities for the staff of the institution.
  • Deal with all complaints related to the work of the Training Department.
  • Identify training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses.
  • Manage quarterly and annual training budgets.
  • Oversee all learning and development programs within institution
  • Develop instructor's skills in order to improve quality of work, productivity and retention
  • Plan training programs based on business goals.
  • Recommend new training methods (including e-learning courses)
  • Writing reports relating to work of the Training Department.


Requirements:

  • Business Management or Human Resource Management or TVET Management Diploma or any relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 Years or more working experience in managerial or supervisory role preferable in a TVET training environment.
