Floor Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of store employees.
• Ensure the store consistently meets customer service and operational standards.
• Train, motivate, and support staff to achieve personal and store objectives.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock rotation, to optimize store function.
• Maintain rigorous health and safety standards throughout the store premises.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Engage with customers post-visit to collect feedback and address any further issues.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Grade 12 Certificate.
• Drivers License Compulsory.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Must have a neat and professional appearance.
• Proven experience in retail management is preferred but not essential.
