Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in travel arrangements to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong administrative background and good communication skills. As an essential member of our team, you will support daily office operations and ensure seamless travel planning for team members.

  • Manage and organize day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar management, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees, including booking flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare and process travel expense reports and assist with budget tracking for travel.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all travel arrangements align with these engagements.
  • Support other administrative functions as needed, including office supply management, correspondence, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role with a focus on travel coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
