Quantity Surveyor

Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business bidding, preparing quotations, and maintaining key relationships related to marketing and promotional activities. This role is essential in supporting business development and ensuring effective financial management throughout construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Bidding: Prepare and submit competitive bids for construction projects.
• Quotations: Develop detailed cost estimates and quotations for construction projects.
• Marketing and Promotion: Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, supporting marketing initiatives to promote the companys services.
• Cost Control: Monitor project costs, ensure adherence to the budget, and provide financial reporting.
• Project Support: Collaborate with project managers to meet financial objectives throughout the construction phase.
• Software Proficiency: Use professional software for cost estimation, quotations, and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or above in Civil Engineering , Electromechanical Engineering , or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business bidding, construction cost management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using professional software (quotation software, drawing software) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong learning ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to drive and hold a valid drivers license.
