Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our telecommunications products and services to businesses and consumers, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Sales Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Increase market share by gaining new clients while maintaining existing accounts.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest telecommunications technology, services, and industry trends.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback to management about customer needs, product performance, and market opportunities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the companys brand and offerings.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Namibian citizen
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Possess a valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle .
  • Able to canvas and look for work, selling Fiber contracts.
  • Fluent in English, Afrikaans and German a recommendation
  • Previous experience in the telecommunication industry.
