Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Representative who will beresponsible to drive new business growth in the designated area by promoting and selling
the companys waste management solutions, with focus on the Oil & Gas, Fishing and Industrial sectors.

Purpose of the position:

  • To build strong client relationships and implement sales strategies aligned with sustainable business practices
  • To achieve sales targets whilst Ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • To solidify potential clients for the new prospective engineered hazardous landfill facility and envisaged treatment facilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute both short-term and long-term sales strategies to meet regional sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the waste management and environmental sector.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on existing sales targets and strategies, recommending improvements as needed.

Market Analysis & Forecasting

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Forecast annual sales quotas and develop sales action plans.
  • Maintain awareness of supply and demand dynamics to optimize sales volume, product mix, and pricing strategies in specialized services.

Product & Service Knowledge

  • Continuously update and deepen knowledge of the relevant products and services.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits to clients, aligning solutions with their needs and environmental goals.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Management, or equivalent will be beneficial.
  • Minimum of five years experience in a Sales environment.
  • Strong networking skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at a senior level, with exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and results-oriented approach.
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of presentation design, template usage and presentations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
