Description

Our client is seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist / Front of House Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong focus on tasks, and the ability to manage a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process appointments and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent telephonic and interpersonal communication.
  • Maintain a well-organized and welcoming front office environment.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
  • Handle daily office activities with a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate (Matric) minimum.
  • Excellent telephonic and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and filing skills.
  • Ability to stay task-focused and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage.
