Description
Our client is seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist / Front of House Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong focus on tasks, and the ability to manage a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process appointments and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent telephonic and interpersonal communication.
- Maintain a well-organized and welcoming front office environment.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Handle daily office activities with a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate (Matric) minimum.
- Excellent telephonic and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organizational and filing skills.
- Ability to stay task-focused and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage.
