Description

Our client is a leading logistics company specializing in import and export arrangements, including road and sea shipments. Their services include forwarding and clearing, handling documentation, negotiating tariffs, organizing transportation (local and cross-border), and managing customs.

They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help expand their business and acquire new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell our logistics services to prospective clients, increasing business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Travel across Namibia to secure new business opportunities and provide client support.
  • Develop strategies for increasing market presence and sales.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate (Matric) minimum.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics or forwarding & clearing (F&C) industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Computer literate (Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally to service clients and generate business.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
