  1. Product provision to the clients

Put calling schedule in place per customer.

Timeously call clients daily as per calling schedule and generate orders.

Ensure availability and timeous delivery of products.

Clear communication to client on delivery date of products.

Capture orders and communicate quantities to production.

Liaise with distribution & hand over picking slips for delivery planning.

Timeously provide feedback to manager when problems with product delivery & quality are experienced.

Achieve or exceed customer retention, goals, sales ect.

Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

  1. Administration

Timeously provide accurate reports on stock levels, questions on deals, quality issues as raised by customers.

Manage cash clients and ensure payments are received before stock is released.

Keep record of data in a logical manner & filing up to date.

Keep up to date with deals & ensure correct pricing is charged to clients.

Open & transparent line of communication to clients.

  1. General

Keep up to date with new developments in the market.

Execute adhoc tasks as prescribed by Superior.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

Grade 12

Minimum Working Experience:

At least three (3) years' experience in a FMCG environment.

Extensive telesales experience.

Other:

Valid Namibian driver's licence.

Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).

Proficient in English (written & spoken).
