PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Manage and maintain the O&L Group Business Applications by performing System Administration of the O&L Group SAP ERP, Microsoft, and third-party business applications, engaging with functional support and service providers; researching and implementing technological solutions; maintaining business application governance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A 3-year B Tech or BSc degree in Information Technology.
- +5 years experiencein an information systems support or development environment.
- +5 experiencein System Administration, preferable with SAP or a similar ERP solution .
- Experience in Microsoft 365, Oracle RDBMS / Microsoft SQL Server and SoftwareDevelopment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
SAP Basis Infrastructure Support
- Ensure the availability and stability of SAP Basisenvironment for the Group and external customers by following SAP Basis Administration best practices.
- Provide SAP Basis and Support to Functional Consultants.
- Compile Monthly capacity planning and technical reporting.
- Engage with internal and external service providers for technical support as and when required.
- Research and implement technological innovations to ensure maximum value is achieved with the IT infrastructure.
- Maintain governance by following IT policies and procedures.
Maintain Microsoft Business & Office Infrastructure
- Ensure best business value by administrating and supporting the assigned Microsoft Business & Office applications, such as SharePoint Online.
- Engage with internal and external service providers for technical support as and when required.
- Research and implement technological innovations to ensure maximum value is achieved with the IT infrastructure.
- Maintain governance by following IT policies and procedures.
Third-party business application Infrastructure Support
- Ensure best business value by administrating and supporting the assigned third-party business applications and integrations.
- Engage with internal and external service providers for technical support as and when required.
- Research and implement technological innovations to ensure maximum value is achieved with the IT infrastructure.
- Maintain governance by following IT policies and procedures.
