Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a flexible, on-call position? We are recruiting for a client seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to join their team as Temporary/On-call Outbound Customer Services Representatives.

Purpose of the Position:

  • Create a readily available pool of temporary representatives to assist as needed.
  • Actively engage in outbound calls to new, existing, and disconnected customers with the intention of proactively retaining subscribers and minimizing churn.
  • Cross-sell, upsell, recommend product upgrades, and survey disconnected customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact 110 successful customers and attempt 260 calls per day.
  • Maintain an 80% QA score.
  • Answer inquiries by providing clear and desired information.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Apply innovative solutions to various concerns and complaints.
  • Maintain a professional attitude in challenging situations.
  • Identify customer queries, explore answers, implement solutions, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Fulfill customer requests by clarifying information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems by determining the cause and following through on resolutions.
  • Achieve and maintain proficiency with our escalation matrixes.
  • Keep our customer database updated by reconfirming and updating details at every interaction (DBC).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 25 points in grade 12.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate with numerical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Passionate about customer service and delivery.
  • Proficient in English (knowledge of any local language is a plus).
  • Customer service-oriented; tele-sales skills are an advantage.
