PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The HR Practitioner plays a critical role in supporting the organizations strategic objectives by leading and facilitating key human resource functions, including talent acquisition, payroll administration, employee development, and employee relations. This role is designed to ensure the effective attraction, retention, and development of talent while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures. By partnering closely with managers and other stakeholders, the HR Practitioner contributes to the creation of a positive employee experience, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and supports the alignment of human capital initiatives with business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- 3-year Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology with 3-5 years of relevant Human Capital Services experience.
- Code B Drivers License
- Human Resource ManagementSystems knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to people practices.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Facilitation
- Lead the talent acquisition process by identifying and attracting the best position candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct effective interviews, and make informed hiring decisions.
- Coordinate and administer the Recruitment, Selection, and Induction procedure in the area of responsibility as per Policy & Procedure.
- Prepare all interview documents, including questionnaires & evaluations as per job profile and facilitate the interview process.
- Facilitate induction program for all new employees in liaison with the EE & L&D Practitioner.
- Maintain and keep records of all recruitment documentation for internal and external reference.
- Ensure that all recruitment done is aligned with the planned manpower budget.
- Support business with probation tracking and check-ins on a month-to-month basis for all new employees.
Payroll Administration & Support
- Prepare, collect, and submit accurate and relevant payroll documentation necessary for payroll input (appointments, adjustments, terminations, etc.), monthly.
- Administer and facilitate the full offboarding process and conduct exit interviews (with special reference to concluding exit Interviews), inform relevant stakeholders accordingly, and submit documentation to payroll for processing.
- Ensure that all personnel files are kept updated and audited on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all new hires are loaded on the HRIS system and that any other payroll or non-payroll changes are managed similarly.
Training and Development Support
- Coordinate and execute annual training needs analysis in area of responsibility and source appropriate training programs for training needs identified by line managers.
- Identify training needs through performance assessments, employee feedback, and organizational requirements in liaison with the EE & L&D Practitioner.
- Support the Human Capital manager with check-ins with the identified talent pool with oversight and support on the progress of development plans.
- Facilitate the loading of performance goals on SAP Success Factors and provide ongoing system support.
Employee Experience
- Assist with the coordination & execution of Organisational Development & Employer of Choice related projects where applicable.
- Monitor the implementation of Employer of choice actions, and support operational leaders to further embed the required culture to drive performance.
Employee Relations Support
- Assist the ER Practitioner with related duties as and when required.
- Monitor and drive compliance with ER policies and procedures.
