PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Broll Namibia Property Administrator & Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting with all property administrative duties, reporting, client and tenant communications. Assist in the formulation and implementation of sustainable marketing and brand strategies, public relations, and communication strategies for the Broll Namibia corporate brand and properties under management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Certificate in Marketing
- 3 years experience in a marketing environment, specialising in Public Relations / Marketing
- Experience in the Property Management industry would be advantageous
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Monitor media, inclusive of newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for clients.
- Collate and analyse media coverage.
- Carry out all marketing & public relations administrative functions.
- Maintain, update and post information on the organisation's website and social media platforms.
- Responsible for reviewing and approving social media post via the external social media management platform.
- Tenant programme administration and the collection of all tenant turnover figures for assigned properties.
- Ensure effective communication plan including regular tenant visits as well as reporting thereof.
- Confirm that incoming invoices have the appropriate documentation in terms of the ISO requirements before handing over to the creditors department.
- Assisting suppliers on loading and updating their information on the Vantage system according to the ISO requirements on an annual basis.
- Take minutes for tenant and Trustee management meetings when required.

- Self-confidence, drive, competence, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
