PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To perform and carry out all administrative duties within Farmers Meat and to provide support to the administrative team. To ensure the required monthly reports are submitted.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

  • A Diploma in Administration/ Business Management
  • Minimum of 2-3 years administrative experience preferably in a FMCG environment
  • SAP Knowledge & Computer literate (Word & Excel)
  • Jarrison Knowledge and Experience

KEY JOB OUTPUTS:

  • Request, receive and process quotes and pro-forma invoices.
  • Perform weekly/monthly reporting on expenses, ZOTIF.
  • Assist with compiling of decision papers.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR).
  • Forward approved purchases orders (PO) to related suppliers.
  • Receive PO on the system. (MIGO).
  • Support the Procurement team on invoice control.
  • Submit invoices to Finance department in Windhoek.
  • Assist with signed off and submission of overtime/standby sheets on time.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping of documents by maintaining a proper filing system.
  • All telephonic duties within the department.
  • Ad hoc Duties in the Department.
