PURPOSE OF POSITION


To carry out the administrative duties of the Shop & Bistro as per the required standards to support operations including customers and supplier queries.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT :


  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Certificate in Business Administration/ Office Administration.
  • 4 years retail administration experience.
  • Must be Computer Literate (MS Office Package).

KEY JOB OUTPUTS:


  • Managing Cash Handling Processes & Procedures. (Banking, Issuing of Floats and Petty Cash)
  • Managing all cashiers (Attendance, Leave, Scheduling, and Performances.)
  • Daily Spot Checks on Cashiers cash and floats.
  • Speedy and effective Customers Service, customer queries and Tele sales/Quotations.
  • Housekeeping and Health & Safety.
  • People management and Leadership.
  • All store administrative related duties.
