PURPOSE OF POSITION
To carry out the administrative duties of the Shop & Bistro as per the required standards to support operations including customers and supplier queries.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT :
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Certificate in Business Administration/ Office Administration.
- 4 years retail administration experience.

Must be Computer Literate (MS Office Package).
KEY JOB OUTPUTS:
- Managing Cash Handling Processes & Procedures. (Banking, Issuing of Floats and Petty Cash)
- Managing all cashiers (Attendance, Leave, Scheduling, and Performances.)
- Daily Spot Checks on Cashiers cash and floats.
- Speedy and effective Customers Service, customer queries and Tele sales/Quotations.
- Housekeeping and Health & Safety.
- People management and Leadership.
- All store administrative related duties.
