Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect high-potential individuals and organizations with LMFSN's transformative fellowship program and innovative product solutions.
Leverage your referral network and expertise to cultivate a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into engaged clients.
Guide potential fellows through the application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey into LMFSN's transformative programs.
Drive customer awareness and activation for LMFSN's products.
Outputs:
Prospect for client leads and present Letshego Micro Financial Services products to grow the customer base and ensure an increase in sales.
Pursue business opportunities and develop customer relationships for the acquisition of new business targets.
Comply with governance, compliance, integrity, and ethics processes and procedures.
Effectively manage your time to ensure improved performance and quality service delivery.
Grade 12 qualification, with 25 points.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Exceptional customer service, communication, and listening skills.
The ability to work independently and demonstrate proactive marketing skills.
Sales and marketing skills in the financial industry will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (not compulsory).
