Critical Deliverables /Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1.Formulates and aligns the branch business strategy to the Country's strategic plan.
2.Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day running of all branch operations, including managing operational risk and credit risk.
3.Ensures all internal policies, standards and procedures are adhered to by all branch staff.
4.Ensures the achievement of the Country's budgets, portfolio targets and strategic plans.
5.Recommend developing operational policies, procedures, and products and services according to market requirements; stay up to date on relevant market developments and trends.
6.Ensure world class customer service.
7.Prepares and submits monthly pay-outs reports to Head Office for budgeting and monitoring.
8.Maintain a positive relationship with relevant stakeholders.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
1. Grade 12 with 25 points and above.
2. Degree in Business Management or related field.
3. At least 5 years working experience in a Commercial Bank at managerial level.
4. Understanding of operations policies and procedures.
5. Customer Service Management.
6. Understanding product and customer lifecycle and management.
