Position summary
Introduction
The primary purpose of the position is to be part of a cross-functional Agile Team who define, build, test and deliver an increment of value in a short time box. The position is responsible to identify the needs of the business and then design solutions that meet the needs. The Senior Feature Analyst will work with stakeholders across all business units and third-party entities to define the functional and non-functional requirements, configure, design and test solutions which will enable the business to deliver revolutionary solutions through Self Service Devices deployed by the bank to automate and digitise services, specifically related to ATMs, BNAs and Self Service Bank Kiosks.

Analysing Requirements Organizing, specifying and modelling the requirements
oWork closely with the business and the development team to understand and translate business requirements
oDetermine and document functional specifications
oDetermine and document data flows
oDetermine and document non-functional specifications
Specifying Requirements Documenting the requirements in a format that can be shared with stakeholders
oTranslating business requirements into highly specified functional requirements and specifications
oDesigns solution by establishing specifications in collaboration with developers
oSpecify and shape the functional requirements and operations, the user interface and output and present the proposal to the user
oResponsible for visual designs using wireframes, mockups and prototypes
Build and support application solutions through configuration
oCreates solutions through standard, custom and/or advanced configuration options
oAbility to generate innovative solutions in collaboration with users, application vendors and other stakeholders
oProvide 3rd tier application support if 2nd tier support cannot resolve a problem
oProposes solutions to problems and provides timelines and costs to address the problem
oDebug and problem solve end to end solution
Validating and Verifying Requirements Ensuring the requirements map to the real business need
oDrives the testing of solutions at each stage of the development cycle to ensure that the solutions work as designed
oCreates test plans, test cases and test scripts based on User Stories
oEmploys automated testing techniques, particularly to support regression testing across all technical platforms
oRun tests and diagnose problems in order to make sure that critical requirements are met
oUndertakes testing throughout iterations to prevent any time lag between development and release

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Foundational knowledge of Card Payments and Card Processing standards and protocols (E.g. MasterCard, Visa, UPI, ISO 8583/20022, etc.)
Broad knowledge of hardware, software and software development
Requirements gathering in an agile manner with user stories
Strong experience of using testing automation technologies, tools and methods
Able to write SQL queries, examining data, troubleshooting, writing documentation
Know how to dive in and get immersed with the business, understand their objectives, and work closely with stakeholders and users at all levels of the organization
Know how to build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders as well as developers
Demonstrated solution architecture and solution design expertise
Banking industry background that includes a working knowledge of effectively mapping technology to business challenges
Minimum of 5 years IT and solution design experience
Minimum of 2 years experience with ATMs, BNAs and/or other similar financial self-service devices
Experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA)
Software implementation best practices, inclusive of Microservices deployments, Kubernetes, etc.
Software Development Life Cycle
Experience with formal software development processes and methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, RUP, SCRUM or MSF
Design and optimize SQL Server 2012 stored procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other similar qualification and experience.
