Description

As an FMCG Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving product sales, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring exceptional customer relationships within your assigned territory. Working closely with retailers, wholesalers and distributors, you'll promote and sell our fast-moving consumer goods, helping too grow market share and maintain a competitive edge.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their need are met and delivering outstanding service.

Product Promotion:

  • Actively promote new and existing products, driving visibility and demand in retail environments.

Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights.

Inventory Management:

  • Ensure proper stock levels and product placement in stores, collaborating with retail teams for optimal presentation.

Reporting:

  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to management.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales or retail.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion of achieving targets.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.
  • Knowledge of FMCG market and customer dynamics.
  • Valid Namibian Drivers License is an added advantage.
