Position summary
Introduction
Ensure that the Capricorns unique brand and culture is clearly articulated, communicated, understood and consistent across all activities (internal and external), through brand engagement and promotional activities. Accountable for a brand segment portfolio that includes the development, analysis and day-to-day marketing operations of the Capricorn brand to drive maximum relevance across all touchpoints.
Job description
Key Performance Areas
1.
Project Support of Branding Initiatives
Operate as the Capricorn brand ambassador for Bank Gaborone within the group ensuring that the brand values, brand proposition, and brand purpose are clearly articulated, communicated and understood across all audiences;
2.
Internal Branding
Be a key brand ambassador in the company ensuring an understanding of the company
culture exists at all levels;
3.
Delivery/Support of Brand and Marketing Initiatives
Develop and execute the annual brand strategy within the specified brand segment portfolios;
4.
Governance/Compliance
Ensure proper implementation of the brand identity standards for the entity and monitor compliance in line with the groups brand architecture;
5.
Digital media Administration
Elevate brand awareness through the creation, development and management of the content for the entitys website and intranet, by updating it as and when necessary;
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Experience
Minimum of 5 years working experience within Financial services industry
Experience of working in a marketing or brand management environment
Practical experience of brand management campaigns with active
membership/stakeholders
Experience of success in using different marketing channels to build a brand
