PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To ensure that products are continuously available on the shelves for customers and to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• 1 Year experience in a food retail environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensuring that all stock is available for selling.
• Ensuring that displays are according to prescribed standards: QDVP4.
• Rendering speedy and effective services to customers and attend to customers queries.
• Ensuring continuous knowledge of products.
• Ensuring that stock is continuously rotated and stored safely.
• Ensuring that price stickers on products are correct.
• Checking that all products are scanning.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Friendly and Customer oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Planning and organising capabilities.
• Must be physically fit and able to carry heavy items.
