Cold Store Supervisor Job Job Details | O&L

GRADE: C1

LOCATION: WALVIS BAY

To supervise the cold storage personnel and operations by ensuring that the receiving, storing and issuing of frozen and fresh fish products are done in accordance with company rules and guidelines to ensure the smooth running of shits operations within the department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 .
• Diploma or Degree Supply chain or warehousing or storekeeping .

• 3 years working experience as a storekeeper/ warehousing, preferably in a commercial store environment .
• SAP experience .
• Working experience in the FMCG industry .

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Oversee receiving the finished products from the factory.
• Oversee completion of all necessary documentation when the final product is loaded into the containers.
• Oversee the storage of finished fish products at cold storage .
• Issuing of finished fish products from the cold storage .
• Ensure the correctness of the floor operations at the cold storage .
• Identify and resolve any issues affecting Cold store efficiency and safety.
• Supervise and lead a team of cold store staff, ensuring effective and safe daily operations .
