PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Responsible for providing services to the Hospitality outlets such as Bed & Breakfasts, Hotels and Guesthouses. The incumbent will also be responsible for selling Namibia Dairies products to new and existing customers from the Sales Van in targeted areas.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma in Sales/ Marketing will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales and FMCG environment
• MS Office knowledge, distribution and marketing skills
• Valid Code B1 Drivers license

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:

• Implement sales strategies in alignment with operational and strategic goals.
• Achieve and exceed volume budget targets set annually by the company.
• Daily cash reconciliation and banking with depot admin supervisor.
• Execute Namibia Dairies Sales Excellence Standards (SES).
• Maintain and update customer databases, track customer performance, and report to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Ensure optimal stock availability by managing orders from customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
