PURPOSE OF POSITION

As the Brand and Project Manager at BrandX, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of branding initiatives and projects for our clients. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and exceptional project management skills.



QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE& SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, project management, or advertising, preferably in a small agency environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate client objectives into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
  • Familiarity with design principles and an eye for creative aesthetics.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand objectives, target audience, and market positioning.
  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with clients' goals and resonate with their target demographics.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for brand development.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists, to develop compelling branding assets and campaigns.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to provide updates on project status and gather feedback.

Budget Management:

  • Develop project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize project outcomes while staying within budgetary constraints.
  • Track project expenses, review invoices, and reconcile budget discrepancies as needed.
  • Provide transparent reporting on project finances to clients and internal stakeholders.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance to help achieve their branding goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or initiatives that align with clients' needs.

Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation:

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on branding materials and deliverables to ensure they meet clients' expectations and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional results.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of branding campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
