PURPOSE OF POSITION

To conceptualize and through creative thinking use creative flair to produce innovative ideas to communicate brand stories, messages, or ideas with high visual impact through visual elements of advertising campaigns in all kinds of media, including online, TTL advertising, print, posters, exhibitions, displays and corporate communications.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Graphic Design or Art Diploma.
• Three years advertising agency art direction experience.
• Knowledge of ATL, BTL and digital marketing .
• Fully Mac literate.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Profession al, Adobe Premier e Pr o or After Effects and Microsoft PowerPoint.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Concept Development :
Collaborate with the team and client to understand the creative brief and aim of the project.
Develop and pitch visual concepts that align with the projects objectives.

Creative Execution:
Produce outstanding creative work that includes design, layouts and digital executions that meet the required standard s within the brand strategy and creative brief supplied by the client.
Provid e accurate information for final production of artwork as well as planning and directing p hoto & video shoots .
Present concept to client and stakeholders as well as execute all final artwork for production.

Collaborat e :
Coordinate with writers, photographers, illustrators, videographers and other creative professionals in order to deliver the job.
Work with the Account Management team to answer briefs and to get additional in-depth knowledge/info from clients. Manag e yourse lf for effective and efficient performance .
