Building & Maintenance Operator Job Job Details | O&L

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Maintain the exterior and interior buildings and premises of Hangana Seafood by executing all carpentry and painting duties and assisting with all plumbing functions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12.
• 2 years construction/ carpentry & painting experience.
• Code BE Drivers License.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Execute basic repairs and maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Execute general construction work bricklaying, concrete works etc.
• Paint interior and exterior building as required.
• Assist plumber in all plumbing activities.
