Description
We are seeking for a dedicated Plumbing Merchandise Specialist to join our team. This position will focus on specific areas of expertise and will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and stock management.
Key responsibilities;
Assist customers with inquiries related to plumbing products.
Offer knowledgeable advice on plumbing merchandise and solutions.
Oversee stock management and merchandising in the plumbing section.
Perform stock taking and ensure accurate inventory management.
Provide support in other areas of the store during peak times or emergencies.
Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 certificate.
Fair knowledge of plumbing merchandise and goods.
Basic computer skills for stock checking and system use.
Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with customers in a respectful and professional manner.
Experience in stock taking and stock control.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining good housekeeping and contributing to workplace health & safety.
