• Customer Service Representative: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Call Centre Agent: Handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Sales Promoter: Promote products to customers, conduct demonstrations, and drive sales through engagement.
• Price Validator: Verify pricing accuracy, ensure compliance with pricing policies, and maintain price integrity.
• Field Marketer : A Field Marketer is responsible for executing marketing campaigns on the ground, engaging with customers directly, and promoting brand awareness through various marketing activities and events.
• Sales Representative: A Sales Representative is tasked with selling products or services to customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in sales, retail, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries
• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
