Description
- Handle telephone inquiries and reception duties.
- Print, update, and file vehicle booking forms.
- Prepare rental contracts and maintain client files.
- Assist clients, process payments, and transmit client information to the Johannesburg Office.
- Maintain and update client information daily.
- Monitor Customs Bond and relevant documentation for cross-border vehicle operations.
- Prepare, monitor and update monthly vehicle rental schedules.
- Address client queries and issues in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- Prepare weekly payment forms for speed point transactions.
- Place orders with suppliers.
- Monitor emails, correspondence, and ensure timely responses.
Requirements
- Minimum Senior Certificate.
- Proficiency in German.
- Computer literate (email, Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in the tourism industry is advantageous.
- Drivers License required.
Official Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
- Saturday: 08:00 13:00
Additional Comments/Preferences:
- Must be available to work on all public holidays (Example Christmas).
