Description

  • Handle telephone inquiries and reception duties.
  • Print, update, and file vehicle booking forms.
  • Prepare rental contracts and maintain client files.
  • Assist clients, process payments, and transmit client information to the Johannesburg Office.
  • Maintain and update client information daily.
  • Monitor Customs Bond and relevant documentation for cross-border vehicle operations.
  • Prepare, monitor and update monthly vehicle rental schedules.
  • Address client queries and issues in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
  • Prepare weekly payment forms for speed point transactions.
  • Place orders with suppliers.
  • Monitor emails, correspondence, and ensure timely responses.

Requirements

  • Minimum Senior Certificate.
  • Proficiency in German.
  • Computer literate (email, Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the tourism industry is advantageous.
  • Drivers License required.

Official Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 13:00

Additional Comments/Preferences:

  • Must be available to work on all public holidays (Example Christmas).
