We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and ISO guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance.

Advisory:

  • Advise on safety measures and best practices.
  • Develop and implement safety policies.

Risk Assessment:

  • Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Enforce preventative measures to mitigate risks.

Workplace Safety:

  • Promote a safe workplace culture.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety and health.

Training:

  • Provide comprehensive safety training to employees.
  • Conduct safety drills and workshops.

Incident Investigation:

  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
  • Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A qualification in risk and safety management is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a safety officer role.
  • Strong knowledge of OHS and ISO guidelines.
