We are recruiting for a client and looking for a dedicated and skilled Temp Customer Service Representative to join their team. If you have experience with ERP systems and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!
- Experience with ERP System SAP (S4/HANA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to create quotes, process purchase orders, and handle invoicing
- Capability to assist walk-in customers and provide top-notch customer support
- Provide support to sales representatives in the field
- Take incoming calls and assist clients effectively
- Liaise with logistics and production teams
Responsibilities:
- Create accurate quotes and process purchase orders efficiently
- Manage invoicing tasks promptly and accurately
- Assist walk-in customers, providing excellent customer service and support
- Support sales representatives with their needs and client interactions
- Handle incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Must have Grade 12.
- Must have 2+ years relevant experience.
- Must have Experience on SAP or similar ERP software.
- Must be available to start immediately.
