We are recruiting for a client and looking for a dedicated and skilled Temp Customer Service Representative to join their team. If you have experience with ERP systems and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

  • Experience with ERP System SAP (S4/HANA)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to create quotes, process purchase orders, and handle invoicing
  • Capability to assist walk-in customers and provide top-notch customer support
  • Provide support to sales representatives in the field
  • Take incoming calls and assist clients effectively
  • Liaise with logistics and production teams

Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate quotes and process purchase orders efficiently
  • Manage invoicing tasks promptly and accurately
  • Assist walk-in customers, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Support sales representatives with their needs and client interactions
  • Handle incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
  • Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Must have Grade 12.
  • Must have 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Must have Experience on SAP or similar ERP software.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
