If you answered Yes, our client is looking for a suitable and energetic Sales Representative who will be the key point of contact between the business and its customers. He/she must ensure that current customers have the right products & services and identify additional opportunities to maximize revenue and profit.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills with strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement account plans for all customers.
- Implement a proper and realistic call roster for all customers.
- Keep management informed of all movements in the market on a daily basis.
- Monitor competitors by gathering and reporting relevant marketplace information.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries within acceptable timelines and to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company
- Target new businesses by conducting a thorough gap analysis on potential clients.
- Conduct regular cylinder audits at customers.
- Gain an understanding of customer requirements and develop measures to improve product offering and/or service delivery.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in sales, marketing, or business administration.
- At least 3 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience in a related field.
- Proven track record of achievements.
- Valid Namibian Drivers License (Code B).
- Extensive knowledge of gases, gas equipment, welding equipment and consumables will be a distinct advantage.
