Description
Administration, implementation and enforcement of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies, systems, processes and management of associated systems. On-going management of quality and procedures, planning and conducting internal Quality Assurance audits. Coordination, evaluation and assistance in developing action plans and follow-ups of quality issues. Facilitation of client-initiated quality audits. Coordinate and host audits and inspections.
The implementation and enforcement of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and systems and management of associated systems.
- On-going management of quality systems, processes and procedures.
- Planning and conducting internal Quality Assurance audits. Coordination, evaluation and assistance in developing action plans and follow-ups of quality issues.
- Facilitate client-initiated quality audits. Coordinate and host audits and inspections.
- Respond to and develop Corrective and preventative Actions (CAPAs) for audit observations (internal and external). Ensure that CAPAs are closed off timeously and resolved satisfactorily.
- Lead the Group-wide initiative for achieving and maintaining ISO certification.
- Engage in ongoing communication with management and employees, acting as Quality Liaison to resolve outstanding quality issues, provide audit follow-ups and ensuring customer satisfaction with the Groups Quality Systems.
- Enforce compliance with internal procedures to ensure that established quality and process procedures are being followed by the appropriate personnel always.
- Identify instances where procedures are lacking or are insufficient and propose appropriate actions for implementation.
- Review and approve Process and Quality Control documentation for release to distribution.
- Manage Change Controls and administer the Change Control system.
- Manage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) system. Develop and implement appropriate SOPs for ISO compliance and customer requirements.
- Ensure that all Quality System records are correctly controlled; manage the proper storage and filing of controlled documents.
- Manage the Non-Conformance Register (NCR) system; lead investigations into NCRs; ensure timeous and satisfactory resolution.
- Manage the Customer Complaints Register (CCR) system; Setup meetings with relevant HOD to discuss Customer Complaints.
- Ensure correct safety procedures are being followed always.
- Ensure compliance with the companies Health and Safety Policy and Plan.
- Prepare and update safety files for each project in progress.
- Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time by management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years Administrative and Implementation experience.
- Quality Diploma or Certificate plus administration, implementation and enforcement of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies, systems, processes and management of associated systems.
- On-going management of quality and procedures, planning and conducting internal Quality Assurance audits.
- Coordination, evaluation and assistance in developing action plans and follow-ups of quality issues.
- Facilitation of client-initiated quality audits.
- Coordinate and host audits and inspections.
