WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Receive, process and finalize administration of all goods returned from customers.

    Inspect returned stock to ensure it is not damaged or incomplete and still in its original packaging.

    Generate tax credit notes.

    Assist with telephone and all Helpdesk functions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Good administrative, time management and problem-solving skills.

    Must be service oriented, with a high level of integrity.

    Ability to handle high work pressure.

    Good product knowledge and customer relations skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.

    Minimum 2 years Goods Returning experience in the Building or Retail industry.

    Must be a fluent communicator in English.

    Computer literate knowledge of the Kerridge computer system will be an added advantage.
