Description

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to handle recruitment for all administrative, senior-level, and hospitality positions.

  • Recruit for all administration and senior-level positions.
  • Recruit all employees required by the Hospitality department.
  • Manage the deployment of all administration positions.
  • Liaise with Accounts Managers for position and hours administration.
  • Collaborate with the DEC to assist in recruiting drivers and assessing driver CVs.
  • Set up and manage comprehensive standby lists.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary education in related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment, particularly for senior and administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
