Description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to handle recruitment for all administrative, senior-level, and hospitality positions.
- Recruit for all administration and senior-level positions.
- Recruit all employees required by the Hospitality department.
- Manage the deployment of all administration positions.
- Liaise with Accounts Managers for position and hours administration.
- Collaborate with the DEC to assist in recruiting drivers and assessing driver CVs.
- Set up and manage comprehensive standby lists.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Tertiary education in related field
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly for senior and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
