Position summary
Introduction
Is primarily responsible for the management of all Alternative Asset and Unlisted portfolios. Analyze various investments and evaluate suitability for inclusion in the portfolios and execute all documents related to the transaction.

Deal origination
Investment Evaluation
Draft investment evaluations
Financial Analysis
Credit evaluation in line with Macro Economic view
Deal Structuring Design and structure transactions with investee companies
Evaluate different forms/vehicles/structures through which investments can be made
Investigate and recommend various alternative assets to the portfolio management team.
Presentation of short-listed deals to relevant boards and committees.
Execute transaction by ensuring all CPs and board requests are met and communicated.
Assist in additional request from CIO.
Maintain and develop Deep dive due diligent reports including economic research, when applicable.
Portfolio Management
Ensure all documentation is up to date
Monitor on an ongoing basis the underlying investments
Conduct due diligence on prospective investee companies
Collateral Management
Oversee the monitoring and periodic review all counterparties
Compile and analyze monthly/quarterly exposures
Member of the Credit & Compliance Committee
Monitor market events that may possibly impact on exposures
Monitor portfolio cash flows and administrative matters
Monitor trade execution and capturing
Supervise daily portfolio pricing and valuations
Assist with presentations and attend client feedback sessions
People Management
Ensure alignment
Effectively delegate tasks
Monitor performances
Risk Management
Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with tasks and mandates.
Maintain relationship and regulatory reports.
Keep updated with any regulatory changes.
Asset Owners Relationships and stakeholder engagement
Investor engagements and relationship building
Ability to cross sell additional products
Engage and develop strategic focus areas for stakeholders
Minimum requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services industry
Credit Experience
Computer literate (MS Word and Excel)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven history of historic success deal making
QUALIFICATIONS
B.Com preferably in Banking, Economics, Statistics
CAIA, CFA, MBA, CA will be advantage
Ability to travel flexibly in Country (Own transportation)
