 Masters degree in Nursing Science, Public Health, Nursing Education, or any other Nursing related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelors degree in Nursing Science and Midwifery (NQF level 8) or Diploma in Comprehensive Nursing and Midwifery Science.
 </li>
 <li>
 Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Education or Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least three (3) years of experience in nursing practice plus teaching practice and research.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proof of registration with the Nursing Council of Namibia.
 </li>
