WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Effective supervision of the branchs administrative controls & procedures including petty cash.

    Check daily cash with Cashier and bank accordingly.

    Stay up to date with debtors accounts and check for accuracy of Credit Applications Forms.

    Make out receipts and computer postings for debtors payments.

    Check packaging and process Credit Notes for goods returned.

    Handle all cash sale corrections.

    2IC to Branch Manager.

    Time management skills and reflect a high level of emotional intelligence.

    A self-starter who is highly motivated with good leadership skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12(NSSC-O) with 22 marks.

    Minimum 2 years senior administration experience in the Retail or Building industry.

    Computer literate knowledge of the Kerridge computer system will be an advantage.
