  • Oversee the recruitment process.
  • Recruit senior and specialized positions.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment records.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Branch Manager.
  • Collaborate with HR team members.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software.
  • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
  • Tertiary education in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years experience
