Responsible for conceptualising and executing visual, video, and written content across various platforms. Creating video content to designing eye-catching graphics for digital and print media as well as crafting engaging copy that resonates with our target audiences.
Job description
1.
General
Engage with senior management to assist in developing the brand strategy for integrated campaigns and creating creative content to enable the implementation of this strategy.
Clear understanding and compliance with the entitys visual language and ensure brand consistency across all creative content.
Ensuring compliance with relevant Group policies on Brand Management.
Ensure collaboration and teamwork with Group Brand & Corporate Affairs.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Excellent design, writing, editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Strong time management, planning and organising skills.
Strong creative problem-solving and research skills and the ability to deliver messages creatively and succinctly.
High Proficiency in the following platforms/programmes:
o
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Adobe Acrobat).
o
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
o
Design related generative AI platforms.
o
Familiarity with web design technologies.

Responsibilities
Assist with creative direction on campaigns and ensure that they are in line with the visual language and brand guidelines.
Conceptualise and deliver creative content including written, photo, and video assets to align with the entitys tone of voice.
Create marketing and brand campaigns that target and relate to the specific market segment or strategic business intent.
Create and design various materials for the digital landscape, business use and print.
Ensure projects are completed promptly and of high quality and maintain project deadlines.
Direct and produce video and audio content and photos for campaigns and hosted events.
Develop creative and engaging promotional graphics and short-form video content for different social media platforms and websites.
Create compelling copy for a variety of content, design various graphics, graphs, illustrations, infographics, presentations and newsletters etc.
Able to transform complex concepts, data, content-heavy pieces and simplify them into materials that are easy to digest.
Work closely with digital strategist on crafting appropriate visuals needed for various social media channels and adhering to scheduling deadlines.
Work closely with digital strategist on the creative design, UX & UI, crafting appropriate visuals for the internal and external websites.
Procure collateral items and ensure the correct application of the visual language.
Manage the brand shop including the stock levels, ordering and dispatching and online content updates for all collateral items.
Design, order and maintain stock levels of printed stationary i.e., business cards, brochures, letterheads, envelopes, etc.
Assist with event concept planning and applicable design needs.
Collaborate with Group Brand & Corporate Affairs on the continuous enhancement of the entitys visual language.
4.
Research
Remain up to date with the latest industry design trends.
Conduct competitor reviews and analysis to inform campaign conceptualisation and artwork direction.
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
Three years diploma or degree in Graphic Design.
Communications degree, diploma or postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
Min 2 years of proven experience as a graphic designer and copywriter with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in both areas.
