WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Organize office administration functions effectively and ensure records are up to date and easily accessible.

    Act as a relief cashier whenever required.

    Coordinate transport of incoming shipments / deliveries and communicating with relevant parties.

    Effective branch administrative controls and procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A vibrant, assertive and trustworthy candidate who is ethical and can perform well under pressure.

    Excellent administrative, communication & organizational skills.

    Effective time management skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.

    Strong numerical understanding.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSCO-O) with 22 marks.

    Minimum 2 years and Personnel Administration experience.

    Computer Proficient knowledge of the Kerridge computer system will be an added advantage.
