We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client in the FMCG industry. Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join their team in Oshakati. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on D365 and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities. This role is critical for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Job Description: Our client is looking for a Warehouse Clerk who will manage inventory, process orders, and maintain accurate records in D365. This role involves regular interaction with other departments to ensure timely and efficient warehouse operations.


  • Manage and maintain inventory records in D365.
  • Process incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and manage stock levels.
  • Assist with regular inventory audits and stock takes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks as required.
  • Address any discrepancies in inventory and report to management.
  • Support the implementation of warehouse procedures and policies.


  • Grade 12.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain (advantageous).
  • Admin experience (advantageous).
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably D365.
  • Oshakati resident.
  • Available to start immediately.
