Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for a Sales Administrator at our Grove Mall Branch in Windhoek.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the teams objectives
- Provide support with regards to administration and communication to all Sales Executives
- Attend to customer needs, complaints, and requirements.
- Will deal with customers face to face
- Coordinate contracts/ transfers/ terminations activation of Sales Orders and forward it to the Registration /Accounts department.
- Assist with any shop administration
- Assist customers by providing quotations on request
- Responsible for updating spreadsheets, databases and company sales records from time to time.
- To always maintain internal confidentiality
- Assisting with planning, designing and running events where applicable.
- Daily Banking
The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:
- Grade 12
- Industry relevant experience, in a customer support capacity
- Minimum 2 years office administration experience
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with Sage Accounting Suits
- Valid Drivers Licence
