PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To manage, co-ordinate and implement all Recruitment, Organisational Development and general HR Operations related activities including ER, Wellness and management of the on-site Clinic in line with the Hangana and O&L People strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in HR Management or Industrial Psychology.
- 5 years relevant experience in a similar environment of which 2 years should be on supervisor/managerial level.
- Professional knowledge in Human Capital, Organisational Development & Talent Management gained through tertiary education and significant relevant experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage and coordinate the implementation & execution of all the elements in the O&L and Hangana People Strategy with its related actions and projects.
- Develop & manage manpower plans, budgets & structures in line with operational requirements on an annual basis.
- Facilitate the interview process for senior positions as and when required.
- Manage, monitor, and track departmental expenditure in order to ensure effective budget utilization.
- Responsible for the Hangana AA report & 3-year plan by executing the related actions throughout the reporting period in terms of statistical Reports and other requirements.
- Ensure deliverance of effective & efficient Human Capital services, processes & administration.
